I have Backup Exec running on an NT 4.0 Server. It was running fine for 6 months. Now when I try to start BE I get an error message while it is trying to connect to the backup server which says, "Physical Volume Library Database - Connection has been lost. Check your network connectino to the bacup exec database server." Then BE shuts down. What does this mean? I can't do any backups with BE until I get this resolved.

Have you tried saving your logs and reinstalling. Could be corrupt? "Gonna have a drink, walk around, gotta lot to think about."
