I have tested the outcalling on VMPro 4.0 and it does not seem to operate that way it should.
I have put a pager as the first number and a cell as the second number on the escalation list for a mailbox. When the outcall takes place, it dials the first number then immediately after it completes, it dials the second. Then after 10 min, (the time I set in VMPro) it calls them both again, one right after the other. The problem is that the escalation list really acts like a broadcast.
Has anyone else had experience with this?
