Cascade update related fields

Dear All,

I have several table that linked together. I want to copy the set of the tables and of course i can not append one by one because they are linked.
Does anyone know how to copy the certain record in some link tables ? Is it use cascade update related field ?

Hi

You could copy one row(s) from one table at a time, provided you do it correct order, ie you need to copy parents first, then children. This could be done with a series of INSERT INTO ... SELECT FROM statements
