hp632c, the carriage slides to the left and sits on a narrow white clip, the clip does not seem to disengage the cartriage. this gives a bang when the cartraige finally gets off of the clip. sometimes it can't get off of the clip, then i get a paper load fail warning and the green and amber lights alternate. any pointers on how to fix or what to look for when i tear this thing apart?
