Is there anyway we can capture Ani from callers in regards to our call center > calls come into an IVR system and then route via flash hook / transfer to VDN > vector > Splits > Agents.
We would just like to see where the calls come from as we are not doing any VRT via ani > would this be a function of a cas system to report on inbound caller info ? then its justs a matetr of setting up connection to a CAS system if needed just trying to see if there is another way before we go that route > not sure if the IVR system could do this as they front end all calls.

S8720 Servers , CM 3.1.1 , ISDN_PRI circuits

calls come into the pbx by trunks. cdr(cost detail record) measures on the trunk(s). So if you setup a CAS and ip-services which is called CDR and connect them through the lan you should be good
