Caps lock turns on and off by itself

Hi, we have 1 user whose caps lock seems to come on and off by itself, the light does not come on the keyboard but while the user is typing suddenly the text is in capitals, she has not turned on the caps lock key, however if she presses the caps lock key it goes back to lower case but later comes back on again. We have a citrix environment and we have swapped out her keyboard, her winterm, the problem happens no matter what citrix server she is on. We have deleted her local profile, her TS profile, we have created her as a new user, and still the problem contines. Any help would be appreciated!!

Have you actually witnessed this happening because it sure sounds like she's hitting the caps key without realising!

Hi wish it was that easy, yes most of the IT dept have seen it, plus if she was hitting the key the caps lock light would be on but its not. odd hey!

I suggest you try using the system as a stand alone (not connected to Citrix). You may find that the CapsLock does not toggle. In that case you might want to visit a Citrix forum

I have seen this problem being reported many times by Citrix users.

Unfortunatly this is happening on a winterm. However it appears to have cleared up (well for the last month anyway) would still like to know of a fix if anyone has one in case it returns.
