I have a database that is used over a multiuser network. I have a hard time getting some of my co-workers to take off the CAP LOCKS when entering data. How can I change to text to capitalize only the first letter in a word, to ensure proper data structure.

Thanks for the help.

use the StrConv function like such:
for one cell in the AfterUpdate property you could use:

Me.Text0.Value = StrConv([Text0], vbProperCase)

the second half of the statement is what converts the first letter of every word to Upper Case.
Brian Famous
bfamous@ncdoi.net
