Capacity utilization processor on EWSD

Hi all,
i collect data from CP (coordinate processor) measurements on EWSD from Siemenens, and i have values for Carried Traffic - Base Processor Master, Carried Traffic - Base Processor Slave, Total Intensity - Base Processor Master, and Total Intensity - Base Processor Slave, these values are in mErl (mili erlang). Does anybody know what does it mean? Or, i need to know when is capacity utilization these processors on for example 50%. How can i convert mErl to percentage ? pls
