CAP Problem - No Power - Power Connected!

I'm trying to get a CAP module going using the Nortel power supply.

However, I've tried two PSU's, and two CAP modules and am having no joy. I've tried supplying 24v to pair 2, to pair 3, and to both pairs, and also reversing the polarity on all those connections.

I don't get a wink of life on the CAP modules at all

Does anyone have any suggestions?

have u checked your line cord to see if it is a single pair or 2 pair line cord

It was a 2 pair line cord.

It's actually working now - I must be the worlds unluckiest person with two dead PSUs :-\
