I am trying to add a 2nd CAP module to a DN. I am unable to get the system to recognize the 2nd module i.e CAP. I have tested the CAP individually and it is a working unit. I have the DN in system programming set as having a CAP assigned to it. Is there something I am missing?

I have 24V on the second pair and do have power to the existing CAP, but not the 2nd one.

If its a 4 pair cable W/B pair would be the Set, W/O pair would be the first Cap, and W/G pair would be the second cap. As said above polarity sensitive. Negative ring. A SAP can be used for two Caps.

You need a 6-pin line cord. It's a USOC standard, TDM on pins 4,5, power for 1st CAP on 3,6 and power for 2nd CAP on 2,7. Polarity sensitive, positive to tip.
