CAP (KLM) module not showing all the ext.

Hi,

I have a BCM 400 3.6 with a frustated receptionist as 5 phone ext do not show up on her CAP when the end user is on their phone. All other ext's are fine. She is able to use the button to transfer to the ext.

We've tried moving the ext to another key on the CAP, with no success thinking that maybe the display was not working on that key, as well rebooting the BCM, and unplugging the CAP, and its attached phone.

Any ideas?

Is the user answering the extension as an AnswerDN on antoher extension? If so, the you won't see the extension light up. (i.e. DN 210 picksup an AnswerDN call for 208, 208 will not show up on the CAP, 210 will)
 
No. There are no AnswerDN's programmed on any of the extensions.

Not sure what you mean? Can you tell me what branch I would find that in to compare to another working set?
