Can't wiew others on network 1

I have one PC running Windows 98 second edition on a small network ( 8 computers) that can been seen by other PCs on the network but this PC cannot see the other PCs. The others can access files and use the local printer attached to this PC . However , when you are on this one PC and try to see the Entire Network you get an error message that says the network is unavailable.
I am trying to set up access to other printers from this PC and I keep getting the same error message.
Any suggestions?

What protocols in use? Might help if you have netbui on all.
