Cant View VM??

Created a night service mailbox on IP500 V2 7.0.1 and sent a test message.
Visual voice lamp lights up on the 1416 handset's but unable to view the message from any of them. i then send a second test message and can view and delete this fine.
deleted the night service mailbox and recreated but same issue again. is there a shortcode to delte all VM messages

You need to enter a Hgroupname in to the uses sourcenumber field.
So if you have a group called "Main"then you need to enter HMain
Only then it will appear in to the visual voice.

Yeah i have done the "HNight service" it shows up in visual voice that the grp is there and the second message i can listen to and delete fine.
i have deleted the grp and started from scratch but the same thing happens the message appears again

Is the group called Night service?
If yes then delete it and create anew one with a different name.
See what happens then.

Just tried that and same issue. is there anyway of wiping all VM messages of system??
