Cant view ePortfolio

I installed Crystal Enterprise on my web server, but I cant view ePortfolio unless I use the Crystal Launchpad.

Is there something else I need to set up in IIS or elsewhere to set ePortfolio up?

I also have the basic edition of Crystal Enterprise (not the CE Professional).

IIS needs to be installed and running.

What address are you using in the browser?

Should be something like:

machinename\crystal\enterprise

Try just typing the name of your machine in the address of your browser, if your network is properly configured, it should return something.

IIS is up and running. My guess is that only inetpub/

http://wwwroot

is registered as a web viewable directory. The server name is brightdoc, and the url is

http://www.brightdoc.com.

I can get to it on the same machine, but I want to get on to it from the internet. I've tried

brightdoc.com/crystal/enterprise

with no success. I guess knowing the physical location of ePortfolio would also be helpful. Is that the folder I should publish to the web?

When you installed CE, it should have updated IIS.

I would guess that either IIS wasn't installed and running during install, or someone has altered it.

Reinstall CE, I've never seen it fail to register with IIS.
