Can't view an excel spreadsheet

When I open an excel spreadsheet the sheet opens but you can't see it. When you close it you are asked if you want to save any changes made.
Anyone have ideas why this is happening, I'd appreciate your help.

Click on WINDOW - UNHIDE. You should be presented with the name of your spreadsheet. Click on it and voila!

If Hasit's answer doesn't work, try Window--Arrange--OK. Then double-click the blue bar above the WORKSHEET area (not the one above the Excel window). Anne Troy
