Can't Verify The Publisher...swflash.cab ???

I have a couple of Windows XP computers in AD that are unable to upgrade to the lastet version of Adobe Player. At the end of the install the message "Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher - swflash.cab ".

This also happens when logged in as the administrator and trying to install. Group policies are being used but I do not see anything that could be causing this error.

Any ideas?
