can't user project 2002 pro enterprsie connect

I use project 2002 pro @ my client connect to MSP 2002 , and had a error like "cannot connect .MIcrosoft project was unable to establsh a connection...... this could be causeLoss network,invalid username password,lack of enterprise template,problem with MSproject or database ,or not enable enterprie feature"
I'm sue i enable enterprise feature,password correct (i can login via project web access) ,
All project server ,SQL 2000 SP3 , sharepoint team service run on the same machine and i use other client run project pro 2002 to connect,Please help me how can i solve this ?

Mine also the same situation with change in the error message ie. "Unexpected Response from the Project Server".

Cud any one help us , pl.

Ensure that user account is part of administrator group on project server web access, or ensure that the "Connect to Project Server using Microsoft Project 2002" checkbox is checked under the user accounts Global Permissions. (Admin > Manage Users and Groups > Modify User etc.

Well,now I can solve this problem by change Langueue default to english (Old setting is THAI).
