We have 16 DID's that begin with 3*** that we can't transfer to.

Calling the DID Internally & Externally works OK but when we try to transfer a call from one station (x3***)to another station (x3***) the switch only allows 3 digits. When you enter the 4th digit we get a BSY on the display the connection hangs up.

Sos;

Check ASPA for digit 3, and connection status type H for hooking.

Make sure it is set the same as the connection status type N for Normal.

It should be something like SRV = STN and NND = 4 from the info posted.

Cheers.

Under ASPA for 3 digit I show.

TN 1
AAC 3
CI H
SRV STN
DEL ?

and for 4 Digit

TN 1
AAC 4
CI H
SRV STN
DEL ?

Steve;

Check data in ANPD.

1st Digit Code = 3
Connection Status = H
Number of Necessary Digits = 4

If ASPA looks fine, then this could be the only other area that is stopping ot working.

If you check ANPD for DC = 3 and CI = N, it should have NND = 4.

Thanks.
