Can't Transfer from phone to phone. 2

Calls come into VM PRO then go into a que after call is answered if someone tries to transfer after 2 digits call does not go. Any help would be great. The extensions are 3 digit.
 
post your call flow (mdb file) from voice mail pro so we can take a peek
 
if I had to guess I would wager that under the specific tab on the transfer menu you have no $key for the transfer action

It will not even allow regular intercom calls from extension to extension.

I have to change it in the VM Pro but the save and go live tab is not lighting up. (Inherited system)
 
This post made my day I think I laughed out loud about 3 times while reading it.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
 
It makes me sad, if a customer have to let a engineer like that working on his system and pay good money for that.
No offence to the poster but a engineer should really know his stuff.
