Can't transfer external calls

Hello guys,

I have this problem that i can't transfer external calls to a certain number.

This is my setup.

200 is the main number. All calls to this number is being forwarded to the huntgroup containing the reception (218) and an external number.
Now when the receptionist picks up the phone and wants to transfer to 202, it goes directly to the external number in the huntgroup.

Any ideas? :/
 
Maybe i should mention that i can transfer to other internal numbers.
 
Aaah the 202 is forwarded unconditionally, but "forward internal calls" is not checked. Is it considered a external call when i'm trying to transfer an external call?
 
I believe an internal call is just a station to station call. You are trying to transfer an outside call which would not be a station to station call.
 
It looks like that if the "forward unconditional" is on then i can't transfer an external call to it. Is there a work around?
 
What about twinning instead? or set-up another hunt group with x202 as the only member. Transfer calls to that hunt group (and make sure forward hunt group calls is not set for x202). If you have vmpro, you can even send the call to x202's vm if not answered.

But, why do you have an extension forwarded if the person wants to take calls at their desk?
 
Do you have POTS or PRI/SIP.

If you have POTS, make sure you have Allow Analog Trunk to Trunk Connect enabled (under the Analogue options on each POTS line).
 
What is twinning?

I have the tab called SIP, if that's what you're asking baddies?
 
Is it not possible to transfer an external call to a phone with "forward unconditional"?
