Can't transfer a call 1

Hi,

we have a system were we can't do any transfer.
After pushing the second time transfer to complete we receive the fault:
12:11:40 denial event 1802: Parties COR restrict D1=0x820031 D2=0x830033
12:11:40 denial event 1761: Transfer COR restrict D1=0x8c92 D2=0x10

We have this for internal calls.
Does anyone know the answer?

 
look at the COR. is the cor blocked to tranfer a call to an other COR this starts at page 4
 
The stations are all in the same cor and from page 4 and on everything is set to y
 
820031 is hunt-group 49
830033 is trunk-group 51

check the COR's for these and your station to see if the COR's for them are allowing or disallowing calls.
