cant talk IP phone to IP phone

i have remote users (2) that connect to the main office. we can make calls from the remote phones to the main office and it work just fine, but not IP phone to IP phone.

im sure its just a setting, but dont know what to check.

I asume that they have a hardware vpn ?
Is direct media path checked on the iplines ?
You could try to turn it off

It is a routing problem
It could be that it is a route from vpn to vpn but i am not sure

they have VPN hardware at each location.

the "direct media path" is checked. i will try to uncheck that and see what happens.

i dont think it is a routing problem as all the phones are up and talking??? unless there is another route i need to add??
