Can't switch to Audix

This morning I came in to work and could not switch to the Audix side of terminal. When I woke up the terminal by pushing the space bar like I normally do, it came up with a white box with lines all around it then put me on the Switch/Phone side. Normally I switch from the Definity to Audix by pushing control enter but now nothing happens. Any help would be geatly appreciated.

PS Thanks to everyone in this forum, it has really helped me with the Definity and Audix systems.

I fixed it, it was the terminal.
Here's what I did:
Pressed Control + F1 (Setup)
Switched to the Comms tab
Changed the sessions setting from "S1=Com1" to "S1=Com1, S2=Com2"

The terminal settings must have reset.
