Can't swap phones on Meridian telephone system. 1

successfully swapped lines before. but getting a "SCH8787" error with a specific extension. Any help would be appreciated. New at this, so not very familiar with the lingo.

I don't see that error message in the NTP's at all. Are you sre it is 8787 ???

Yes...checked it twice. I think it has something to do with "monitoring" but i'm not sure what that is.

Print TNs of phones to move

If either has key 0 as ACD - don't move stop and rebuild

If either has a TN listed as:

remove the BFS key from the TN listed and then you can move phone ok
When you put the BFS key back remember DN now has a new TN - use the new TN

Printed 2 TNB to compare and this is what I got. Not even sure if this is what you are looking for. Hope this helps. Instead of retyping all...i'm going to just enter what is different. Let me know if you need more.
