Can't startup qmail

I had posted something before that I couldn't send remote mail.

I decided the qmail installation wasn't done properly so I removed qmail and started over.

I followed all the directions and now this is the error I get.

I am sure it is something stupid but here is what I get:
/service/qmail-send: unable to open supervise/ok: file does not exist
/service/qmail-send/log: unable to open supervise/ok: file does not exist
/service/qmail-smtpd: unable to open supervise/ok: file does not exist
/service/qmail-smtpd/log: unable to open supervise/ok: file does not exist
messages in queue: 0
messages in queue but not yet preprocessed: 0

Let me know what you think.

I think these are more manageable errors. Seems like everything will work if I can find that little piece that I messed up.

Okay I got it up and running and it is working great.

I used the following guide to install it. If anyone is struggling through installing QMAIL use the following link and it will work.
