Can't split

I download a template from microsoft's site:

I tried to split it so I can have a front end and a back end. When I do this I get the following error message:

The search key was not found in any record.

Any idea why this is happening? ----------------------------------------

I also forgot that it gives me another pop up after I click ok on that last one....
