Can't set storage location for Disaster Recovery System

I'm trying to back up my Call Manager using the disaster recovery system from the GUI, but I am having trouble. I'm running FreeSSHD and I am able to connect from several PC's using Putty and the same credentials that I am trying to use from the Call Manager. For some reason I cannot set the storage location on the Call Manager because it won't connect. I can see that it is trying to connect by looking at the FreeSSHD logs, but the connection just drops. It always trys to connect twice, then nothing. Has anyone run into this before? I'm entering the correct login information because I have tested it from other PC's. Is there some other way I need to do this on the Call Manger? I would appreciate any help.

make sure the FreeSSHD is running or the service is active on the server your backing up to

Also there are some restrictions with the path statements in UCM 6 in that some times you can't go to the SFTP root folder. Try building a folder in the root with the Username that you are logging in as.

Thanks for the tips. No luck as of yet. The service is running and our CM version is - System version: 5.1.3.1109-1

I can't seem to figure this out and it's very frustrating. Is there a certain way I need to enter the path or username?

Try this. Build a folder in your SFTP root directory like 'Backup'. Then in DR settings under path put in \Backup or /Backup. Make sure your Username has the rights to create folders and overwrite files. And of course verify your Username\Password. Try to SSH to the SFTP server. It should prompt for Username password. It's just SSH.
