Can't send to earthlink or aol

My AOL mail is sometimes delayed but earthlink never goes through. I think my PTR and MX records are OK but anyone is welcome verify if you'd like. I will be happy to e-mail the IP and server name to anyone who would be kind enough to assist. I've tried reaching AOL and earthlink but can't get through to anyone who will help. I would really appreciate any assistance someone can give me.

Post the errors.
It can be as simple as unable-to-relay or you may have been blacklisted.

(207.199.x.x) is the correct address for our exchange server.

I tried contacting earthlink and they didn't know what the issue was but they say the problem is at my end. They suggested I submit my issue to abuse@earthlink.net but that only responds with an autoreply.

I believe my A record and MX record are set up properly. I have done an nslookup and both are responding from my home PC.

I have submitted my exchange server and it isn't an open relay.
