can't send mail to outside

MY
I'm use exchange server 5.5 facing some problem.
I can't send mail to outside but can receive mail
from outside. What's is wrong actually, can someone
help??

On the connections tab of your IMS connector, what options are set for TRANSFER MODE and MESSAGE DELIVERY?

Also, are you using a firewall / proxy to connect to the internet? If so, what ports are blocked/open
