Hi, I am installing 9611G phones with SBM24 sidecars early next week. I am having problems with call park. I put speed dial buttons on for the 6 park stations. When I call the phone and park the call, I cannot find it. I know which park station I dialed but the light does not light by the button nor does it give any indication there is a parked call there. What am I doing wrong? We are CM 6.2.2. The phones are firmware 6.3116. Help! I have 34 of these with sidecars to install next
Tuesday! I have a call into Avaya but I am hoping this group can help. Thanks.

Try with the unpark call button.

this model 9611G does not support call-unpk. That's what it says when I try to add the button.

have you tried using a "busy-ind" for the call-park extensions to see status

The busy indicator will let me park the call but I cannot see the call on it when parked. I know the sidecar works for other calls like logging in and the buttons light for that. I do not understand why the light is not working.

How do you have your 6 park stations programmed? If they are analog x-ported stations to see the light when a call is parked you would need to turn on "busy indicator for call parked on analog station without hardware" on page 2 of console-parameters.
