This is a lab system, and it's running 9.1.
System status can see the UC module status and it's booted and running. It's pingable and can web browse to it and ONex Portal is working.

BUT!
In system status under Voicemail - Voicemail type is "none"
The IPO is set to "Voicemail Pro on UC module" and has the correct IP address showing in Manager.

I've defaulted the IP500, put the licenses back and I'm seeing the same thing still.

Any thoughts?

Have you compleated the ignition process?
is the VMPro Daemon started?

Yeah, all that had been done.

I tried pointing the IPO to a windows based Voicemail Pro. That had the same symptoms.

I defaulted the security settings, and it works now.

that is probably the VM password in the unsecured interfaces (it has caught me a couple of times as well :) )

Yep, this is for sure the password settings on 9.1

9.1 has a lot of security enhancements which the voicemail password is one of them.
Lately i upgraded a system to 9.1 where i already upgraded voicemail pro in front.
After the upgrade voicemail did not work and i had to wait until the file upload was done.
It needed 3900 files so it took a long time.
So i canceled that and first did a security reset and then did the file upload again.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

You can also open a second instance of Manager to access the IPO and do merge changes while the first instance does the upload.

Kind regards
