Can't see the job queue in ArcServe Netware 6.6

I'm connecting to a server running arcserve on netware, using the windows (nt) client. The problem is the job queue keeps disappearing, although you can sometimes see it.

I know that there are jobs in the queue, as I can see them by using rconsole.

Hi,
this happened to us as well, and we just had to keep checking on the server itself. One solution seemed to be to re-install the client on your workstation.
The jobs aren't lost anyway, and if you recreate them, then they are there twice!

The problem isn't a serious one, just irritating.

This just a suggestion. Have you tried a newer Netware Client 4.4 or 4.7.

I am running Netware Client 4.7.

Looks like it's just going to be one of these things.

By updating to the latest service pac level for ARCserveIT 6.6 for Netware (at this time of documenting lo70914.zip) then running the As6util.nlm and choose the option Select This to Modify User. Once this is accomplished restart ARCserveIT.
