cant see pubic folders

Hi

I created a couple of public folders on the exchange server but cant see them in outlook. and there wasnt anywhere on the server i could choose what kind of items are to be stored in the folder

any help please

Try creating them in Outlook, not from within the Exchange System Manager.

In ESM, check the client permissions and see what rights you have.

Cant create them in outlook as when I expand my folder tree I dont see All Folders > Public Folders

You need to click the "Folder List" to see all folders (instead of just he mail folders). (or just use Ctrl+6 to see that view).

If you still don't see them, you do not have an Exchange account properly configured in Outlook.
