I walked my user through some issues (details to follow) and now I am left with a annoying problem..

I have a remote user using Verizon Air Card.
He can not see the Program Manager, so he can not connected to the internet.

It is in the system tray so I had him double click it, and the program appeared on his taskbar, but it was minimized.
If he clicks on the item nothing happens. It does not show up. If he right clicks it and hits restore, nothing happens.

If he right click it and hits Maximized the program appears as a Maximized window. He was able to then connect to the internet.

I then took remote control.

If you hit the Restore down button on the program the program appears as if it is minimized (it appears on the taskbar, but not the screen.)

Some how he sized it very small and moved it off the screen. I cannont find it anywhere.

The problem is minor as he can maximize the application and work, it is just annoying as I can't seem to find a fix. I did some searching around the internet, but I can't find anything as I am probably not phrasing it correctly.

Suggestions?

Alt+M and then use the arrow keys to move the program window around the screen.

That will get it back on the screen, then making it bigger should be as easy as click and dragging the corner.

ALT+Space+M, then use the Arrow Keys. It would help if you knew which side of the Screen the hidden window was! Enter or Double Click the Mouse to release the "Move" setting from controlling the window.

You could also increase the size of the Display Resolution to fit more on the Screen.

Cool. Thanks linney, I tried the ALT+M and thought I was going crazy. I just tried the Alt+Space+M and it worked (well atlest on my PC with a test Window).

Now to get connected to my end user and fix it.

Thanks both of you.
