Can't save template after adding Digital Cerrtificate 1

I have just installed a digital certificate and added it to a Word Template, it all looks OK but when I try to save the template I get and error message Can't save not enought space on the drive, even thought there is 75 Gigs on the drive.
I am running MS Word 2000 Profession on MS Vista Home Premium
the certificate comes from Comodo

Did you apply ALL the SR and SP for your office 2k ?

No I haven't applied all of the SP & SR? but the users of my program probable haven't either, so I have to get it working on the system I have!

Office2000 is known to be very buggy, so I strongly suggest you to patch it ...

Thanks PHV I should never have doubted you, installing the updates and SP worked at treat.
