Cant save files thru webmail

[vcsinfo]

End user on winxp pro, ie6, using webmail. Click on any file in any email, save window comes up. But click on Save and nothing happens. NO erros, no save...
Tried saving to different locations, logged on my pc as user, could save.
I googled the heck out of this and nothing.
Any ideas?

Do you mean Outlook Web Access? You need to be WAY more specific with your information before you'll get any help.

Exchange 2003 SP2 fixed this. See the following article:

You can also save files if you are using the Basic version of OWA instead of Premium. That's a choice you get to make before putting your credentials in on the login page.
