A user is having problems renaming folders in his My Documents folder. Normally when you right-click on a folder, you get a list of options to choose from. For whatever reason, "Rename" is gone. So instead I tried to go to the folder properties and rename the folder in the General tab. The only problem was the folder name was grayed out, so I could not make any changes. Then I tried moving the folder to the desktop, and it allowed me to rename, but if I move it back, it won't allow me to rename the folder. So then I checked to see if his My Documents folder was on read-only, and it wasn't. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
