Can't REMOVE/UNINSTALL NAV Corporate Edition-NAVCE.MSI access problem 2

Since I retired from my company and no longer have access to the corporate intranet, I can not REMOVE or UNINSTALL Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition (NAVCE)... apparently because the REMOVE process requires access to a *network resource that is unavailable.*

I recently purchased and installed Norton Systemworks 2005 but the AntiVirus portion is not active... simply because the 'relic' Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition is in the way and cannot be removed.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

hope u got all of that. Basically search symantec knowledge base for 'how tp manually remove client' and a dozen articles pop up. just choose the one for you OS.
