I have an 10.1 system center that I can view all of the clients that I have antivirus loaded on and I am alerted when a risk is found however I can't delete that risk from within the console. The clean, delete, and quarantine icons are all greyed out. How can I get it to where I can delete them from the console.

Do you mean that its greyed out when you go to logs/risk history?

One place to look at would be almost the same place I told you the other day. Go to tools/ ssc options and on the client tab there is a checkbox that says "allow config of indiviual clients" or something similar. You should try checking that box.

I found it not long after I posted it and I was getting ready to post that it was resolved. Thanks!!
