Hi All,
We have just migrated a customer from NT4.0/Exchange 5.5 to 2003/2003. We can send email without a problem, but are unable to receive any email.
We are using an SMTP connector for mail. We have run exchdiag, which seems to suggest everything is working okay. We have telnet-ed to the server from both internally and externally and can connect, but still we aren't getting inbound email!
We would be most grateful for any suggestions as to how to diagnose what we have done wrong and how to resolve it.
Many thanks
Andy
