Can't re-run scheduled reports as "run now"

The short of it: Our SQL import didnt run in time for my scheduled reports to get the latest information. So I need to manually run these reports. As I have 50+ of these instances I dont want to run them one at a time. Is it possible to select all of them and choose "run now". I tried this but it only takes the last instance stored in Enterprise.
Please help, Im in deep.

Go to

and download a Demo copy of Instance Manager. With the DEMO copy you can re-schedule 10 instances at a time. At least this will give you a quick way out.

You may have solved this problem already, but another way to do this would be to have reports that are triggered by an Event. Then, if you need to re-run, you can manually trigger this event and all your reports will re-run.
