Can't publish from behind a firewall

Using Front Page 2000 at a client site, I can't publish. They are behind a firewall, and I suspect the firewall is blocking outbound traffic on whatever port front page needs to use for publishing. Anyone know what port front page uses, or have any more specific info to share so I can tell the network administrator what needs to be opened up?

Thanks,

I had a similar problem and was forced to use a copy of the website locally for editing and then had to use ws_ftp software to upload. If you use a similar solution, you'll need to ensure that you set the transfer to use "passive" mode in order to get through the firewall (I don't know if Fronpage has a "passive mode" option).

All that said, if the firewall doesn't allow ftp the you'll need to get hold of your firewall guru as you suggested.

Good Luck!
