Can't print multiple copies...

Hi,

I know this may not be an Acrobat problem, but here goes anyway...

I have Acrobat 5. When I try to print a page from a doc, I cannot change the number of pages to print - it's always set to a greyed out '1'.

My printer is a Canon BJC-250. I have have this same problem with version 4 and 5, version 5 of the reader and also Paint Shop Pro.

I do not have any problems sending multiple copies with any other programs, even ones which send huge files like Publisher.

Any ideas - there's absolutely no mention of this problem on the Adobe and Canon sites.

It's not a problem specific to a certain pdf file. It does it with all pdfs.

Without more specific info, I'm going to recommend that you un-install and re-install Acrobat5. You didn't say that your having this printing problem with other programs such as Word or Excel so I'm taking it on faith that this is not a system wide problem. That leaves Acrobat as the culprit. Uninstall the program, reboot, defrag the drive, reboot, reinstall, reboot, download any updates and patches from Adobe, send a job to the printer, and let us know the fruits of your labors.

Tried all that before - the problem remains the same for Acrobat (Writer) 4 and 5 and also version 5 of the reader.
