Print out comes out blank. Anyone have any idea? Thanks

A couple of things come to mind. Can you print from any programs? Are you out of black ink? Have you updated your print drivers? Did you try saving the email then opening it in Word to see if it prints? Do any emails print? Unfortunately your question doesn't tell us a lot.

I have try to print from many different printers in the office and still comes out blank page. I can print email msg that was sent to me in Rich text or plain text, but can't print with html format.

Does this happen to all html messages or just one specific one?

Can you access these emails from another computer? If you save the emails as an html file and open them in Word or even IE, do they print?

i have no problem accessing email from another computer. I can't print emails as long it's in html format. I dont know how to save an email and open them in Word.

Open the email and then save it like you do any other file. File - Save As. It will probably default to html. Make note of where it is, open Word, browse to that file and open it.

If you can access your email from another computer, do that and see if it will print.

I can't think of any reason why it won't print html emails. Can you print webpages?
