Can't Print Drill-down in Enterprise - HELP!

A co-worker and I are attempting to develop a user-manual for our users to be able to use Crystal Enterprise. What we have discovered is that we can not print any drill-downs from the Enterprise Screen.

We are using Crystal 8.5. Is it possible to print drill downs? If so, can you please tell me what we need to do to enable users to print their drill-downs?

If this is not possible, will it ever be?
Please help - our documentation is due by 8am tomorrow!

I am not an expert as are the other contributors of this forum. This is just a suggestion from my experience with CE...

I can print drill down pages if I use the ActiveX viewer, not the DHTML. Have you tried this?
