Can't Print anything

Whenever I try to print (even a test page) - it gives me the following error:

Test page failed to print. Would you like to view the Print trouble shooter for assistance? Operation could not be completed.

The OS is Windows 2000 with Terminal Services.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a new printer? Is it connected locally? The driver must be installed on the Terminal Server in any case. If it is local, it shoould be installed on the server and the terminal.

It's not a new printer. It's on the Network. Was able to print earlier. Haven't changed anything on the Server.
