Can't ping device

From my router I can ping a host (200.x.x.66) on my ethernet side but from the another remote location I can't.
From the other location I can ping the router's ip (200.x.x.65)
Any ideas?

What is the default gateway assigned to your hosts on Ethernet segment? It should be ip address of Ethernet0 interface. Also check your masks - configured on your hosts and router e0 interface they must match.

the default gateway of the machine on the Ethernet segment is 200.x.x.65 (which is the Ethernet0). I verified that the machine's net mast is 255.255.255.240.

This is too weird.
Anyother pointers would greatly be appreciated!

Any firewall configured on your hosts you can't ping or somewhere along the way? How about routing table on your hosts you can't ping? You can also try traceroute to see how your packets are really routed.
