I'm working on a BCM50 and after I rebooted it I can no longer ping it or manage it. The phones associated with it are working.
The BCM is plugged into a Nortel 4550 48pwr switch.

Any ideas?

Are you connected to the OAM port? Does it gives you an ip adress?

Yes, I am connected to the OAM port. I was able to ping and manage before the reboot.

before you plugged the BCM into your network, did you disable the DHCP server on the BCM?

when you are connected to the oam port, check to see if your pc resolves a ip address from the bcm dhcp server. if it doesn't, set your ip to static "10.10.11.2" then try to ping. if you get in check your service manager to see if some services have stopped. if they have you can try to restart them but Nortel warns all techs to consult a Nortel enginneer before doing so.
