Can't pick Co on Kx-td1232

I have a d1232. When the operator puts a co on hold. and someone else tries to pickup the call. it says co in use. But some of the exts can. If I go to the phone that can't pickup the call and dial int 530= the line I can pick it up. But all that tells me is that there is a setting i can change to give all ext access to all co's no matter who puts it on hold.

Also I had to ext that had the message lamp on. But neither phone had messages. When you hit the message button the it intercom the other ext. which also had the light on. When the intercom was answered the lights went off. Any ideas on how to turn this off or avoid it?

sounds like sys is set for exclusive hold on first tap
of hold button..

how do you turn that feature off because some phones can pickup the co.??

whats set on the second half of 108 disable or enable?
