Can't out ACD Q SCH3597 2

I am trying to remove acdn 7700

I already removed all the MODLs of sets thanks for that post!

But now get SCH 3597 when trying to out this acdn

"Cannot move an ACD DN with calls store in the queue."

Please shed some light on this if you can

Hmmm. What if you built a phone with ACD 7700 and called it, answered it, hung up. Then out the phone, then LD23 OUT the ACDN.

I'm heading towards clearing the queue - the system thinks there is a call in the queue maybe?

Thanks GH this did lead me to a solution...

Since I was remote from the site I was unable to add a set but I created a phantom 500 set and NCFW the acd Q to it...

Then I was able to out the ACDN
